Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-05-24 · Effective on public launch.
This terms document is a working draft awaiting attorney review. Not the legally operative version. For questions, email legal@mira.app.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Mira, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Mira is an AI assistant for businesses. Each customer gets an isolated assistant instance that processes customer messages on their behalf. We may add, change, or remove features. Material changes are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure (and for enrolling MFA, which we require). You're responsible for the actions your authorized team members take on your account. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any messaging channels you connect.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use Mira to send spam, harass anyone, send illegal content, or impersonate another person or business. You will not attempt to access another customer's data or interfere with the service's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
5. AI output
Your assistant produces output by processing your inputs through third-party LLM providers. We don't guarantee output accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing what your assistant sends — that's why our default autonomy mode requires your approval, and why the confidence percentage is shown prominently. You retain the right (and ability) to take your assistant off autopilot at any time.
6. Billing
Plans are billed in advance. Trials don't require a card. Refunds are honored under our 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. Overages: we email you and offer to upgrade — we never silently charge an overage fee.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We honor the 30-day soft-deletion window described in our Privacy policy and Trust page. We may terminate accounts for material violation of these Terms with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
Mira is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction listed in our legal entity registration (to be confirmed before public launch).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material updates are emailed 30 days in advance with a version-controlled history available on request.
11. Contact
