One inbound customer message plus the assistant's reply counts as one conversation. Follow-ups in the same thread within 24 hours don't count again.
What if I exceed my conversation cap?
We email you and offer to bump your tier. Service never stops mid-month and we don't charge silent overage fees.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual customers can switch tier with prorated credit.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you've added a card, your plan auto-starts and you're billed. If not, your assistant pauses — but your data and trained voice stay safe for 30 days while you decide.
